Merchandise/non food items
Our returns policy is 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If you have decided to cancel you order or part thereof, we are happy to do this assuming the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us at email@example.com
